應使館邀請，廣東22位藝術家赴斐交通。表演在中斐國歌聲中開啟，斐濟代總理普拉薩德代表斐濟當局致辭，向中華國民共和國成立76周年和中斐建交50周年致以熱烈祝賀。他指出，斐中關系以一個中國原則為基礎。斐濟堅定奉行聯合國關于一個中國原則的決議，堅持中華國民共和國當局是代表全中國的獨一符合法規當局。
